Pros

- Good Medical and Dental benefits - Work from home, no commute - Fixed schedule, no after-work responsibilities - paid time-off (but sometimes late paid] - option for additional hours

Cons

- Zero pay raise since start of employment - No pay-raise system (LLS keep giving false promises that it "may" rise in "near" future) - High stress calls and back-to-back calls. - No RRSP/pension plans for Canadian employees - Occasional late payment on the promised vacation pay, incentive pay and accrued time-off pay. - Lack of training and briefing to some of our clients (the users of our service) some of them don't even know how work with interpreters. - Focusing more on customer service than interpretation quality

After doing an extensive evaluation of our pay and benefits in comparison to other employers in our business, we find that our compensation and benefits, while not above average, are consistent with the industry. They are sometimes somewhat flexible...

Cons

The work is underpaid, lunch break is not paid, it'o not only that thoy pay low, the job is hard and you barely get any rest.
