After doing an extensive evaluation of our pay in comparison to other employers in our business, we find that our compensation while not above average, are consistent with the industry. Can not take breaks

You get to work from home and learn a lot about interpreting. They have an amazing training.

Cons

If your an hourly employee and you need to log off for what ever reason for at least a few 2 mins. It counts against you.
