No sequencing tools, no enrichment, no automation. You’ll grind in circles. Sales meetings feel like weekend catch-ups for half the team, not strategy. Sure, it’s WFH, but at this rate they’ll be dragging people back to an office within a year because there’s no real operational base or GTM engine in place. That’s the reality.
