- Non-stop back to back calls that require a VERY high amount of concentration. Only 15 seconds of rest between calls. -Here in my country, in South America, they pay $2.06 USD per hour, they bring those jobs to here because they know they can pay that miserable amount in these countries. - It is a total sweatshop. First you start as an audio interpreter and then they force you to be a video interpreter. Back to back video calls the whole day, with a shirt they give you and a blue backdrop that makes you feel like you are in a cage. - Contant interruption from LEPs and clients that don't understand what an INTERPRETER is. - They don´t let you use Google or other tools apart from linguee and webMD. BE PREPARED TO KNOW EVERY MEDICAL WORD THAT EXISTS IF YOU ARE IN A VIDEO CALL. - When you are in a video call you even need to ask the client for permission to drink water. Please stop exploiting your workers. They are the the ones making you rich, at least have a little bit of respect. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE MARKET.
