Good training

Pros

Training is constant, many tools to keep your terminologies up to date. Working from home is awesome.

Cons

Poor communication, takes forever to get a response to any query and it might not have an answer anyway, forcing you to try multiple times to solve an issue. No IT during the weekend or graveyard, so if the system has an issue, you are off until they get back in, without pay, of course. I saw a pay reduction instead of an increase when they stopped giving the trimestre evaluation bonus. I missed those extra 600.00 I got per year. Rarely got feedback after the bonus was cut. Many mistakes in my personnel file, from type of computer I had to address to where I was working out of.

no benefits, no increase in pay ever, decrease in pay when the company feels like it, communication between employee and company extremely difficult, please if you are looking for a job, a reliable steady job, do NOT get a job with this company
