no experience is required. good place to start as an interpreter.

Cons

they register you with with the minimum wage, so technically you have benefits, but the bare minimum

Job is fairly easy, and you gain experience on multiple areas. Insurance, 911, medical claims etc

Management and company policies are just very unrealistic and inhumane
