The same pay rate for over 10 years!

Pros

Flexibility of working from home, 3 paid holidays, paid sick days (but using which impacts attendance), 402 k plan. Ability to work and see family.

Cons

I have been working full tile with LanguageLine for over 10 years and never had a raise despite of receiving praises from their customers snd commendation letters. Complete lack of communication between interpreters and management /co-workers.

Like to help people !! Enjoy the work!! Try to do the best in everything!! Patience when there'll a lot to do!! Engagement with the company!! Dont need free holidays

Some free specials days , but i'll promise to work extra hours
