      Heavy workload and no advancement

      no advancement and low pay. Very busy schedule. Longest call I had was over 5 hours

We do have career path opportunities and publicize our open positions for interpreters and corporate positions. In addition, we have full-time positions open for several languages. After doing an extensive evaluation of our benefits in comparison to other employers in our business, we find that our compensation and benefits while not above average, are consistent with the industry. Please note we regularly review industry compensation. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
