      Pros

      The company offers health, dental and life insurance along with a company match (retirement). Work at home employment options (saves on clothes, food plus working from home allows for additional tax deductions-office space etc.). Flexible schedule. The company occasionally provides a yearly bonus to certain level employees. Paychecks are always received on time and never bounce.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Salary is not competitive. Whenever raises are given, the raises are extremely low, just a few cents on the dollar.
