working from home, no traffic jams

Cons

no benefits, no increase in pay ever, decrease in pay when the company feels like it, communication between employee and company extremely difficult, please if you are looking for a job, a reliable steady job, do NOT get a job with this company

Pros

Work from home direct deposit not really many pros the benefits are meager the pay is not what it should be languageline is hurting all interpreters by offering cheap wages this affects the whole industry as other companies follow suit

Cons

The company is difficult to navigate as everything is done online you have to send emails and sometimes you have to wait days if you even get a response unless its a mistake that you made then they start threatening you with your job ive been with them for two years time wasted time to move on

Pros

There's a taco truck that rolls up to the parking lot at lunchtime every day.

Cons

The management is genuinely incompetent. Decisions are made seemingly at random with no real employee input or time to adjust. Being an interpreter must be awful, because we treat them like garbage. I was corporate, not an interpreter, and I still felt bad for the ints. The pay is god-awful. Nobody enjoys their job.
