      Pros

      - Flexible work time - Work from home = saving on commuting costs and time - Given 2 15min paid breaks per day (I worked 8 hours per day) - Paid training - Benefits are satisfactory

      Cons

      - Once you are over the 3mo probation period, you have nobody to contact with regards to your questions whatsoever, cos you do not have a direct supervisor or manager or anything. You can try submitting a support request but they can totally choose to ignore you. - We get a lot of calls sometimes and this is very exhausting relative to the pay you are getting

      It's a field that you can use your skills to help others.

      Cons

      Poor support for interpreters. Paychecks are often short.... payroll takes a long time to fix incorrect paycheck if it ever did. Gave up on that a long time ago. I am pretty sure they are breaking some labor laws here.

      Work from home, sitting for long hours.

      Cons

      low salary $15 per hour for interpreters, no opportunity to grow, no training on medical or court terminology, stressful phone calls, no break after each call, only 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon, no paid vacation.
