Pros

Only good thing is to be able to work from home.

Cons

Sweat shop, low pay, no training, no advancement, no opportunities. Terrible management only interested in company profit and ignoring employee benefits or cutting to minimum. Stay away.

Large company, many client bases, many phone calls

Cons

No pay raise, no communication from management, not much support. Hard to get time off even it's unpaid time off and having adequate allowable time-off hours.
