Pros

remote work, no micromanagement, protocols are OK.

Cons

it is very hard to take vacation, they don't pay time off, if you ask for even one hour off they usually deny.

excellent work/life balance

Pros

A greta job with a sense purpose. I’m helping people communicate, at the end of each shift I feel I’ve made a difference in someone’s life.

Cons

Sometimes we get very emotional calls and there is not much time to recover.
