I personally found this job rewarding and meaning, it is to help hundreds of people in US and Canada who are in need of great communication with banks, insurance companies, hospitals, mobile phone service providers, government, 911 and 311...etc. If you are looking for a job to help others with some incentive, this is it for you. No complaints so far as this is my weekend job with some extra cash. Internal intranet is user friendly, easy to view my schedule and submit any requests. Company allows OT often.

Cons

Day offs may not get approved even if the request is submitted a month ago.
