Extremely Nice People

Pros

The people working here are extremely nice and awesome, are very forgiving and understanding. It pays well depending on the language.

Cons

You have to buy your own equipment, but it's not too bad. The job itself was pretty stressful for me, because of the constant calls and the nature of some of the calls. Not a job for people with anxiety like me. The people at the company was very understanding of it though!

Pros

Work at home flexible hours 401k if you're an employee and minimum essential medical benefit Other than that there is really not much else.

Cons

Contractors get paid by the minute, but they might only receive a few calls. Another is guarantee minutes employee, they get minimum wage or per minute if your per minute exceeds minimum wage then you get the higher amount. On a good day you could get about 160 on a bad day if your states minimum is 10 then you get 80 that day.
