Pros

During my time here, I learned a lot about customer service and how things work at other companies. My language specialist that would double check on me here and there gives nice feedback and is super nice.

Cons

One bad thing about it is the system we used while working. Sometimes information on the system is not correct. Quite a few times in a day, the system would go down and it makes it harder for us.

work from home and different hours available

Cons

a lot of phone calls you basically don't get the chance to hang up (Arabic). The interpreters help desk (who are the only ppl that can help you when you have issues, are so rude and not helpful. it doesnt pay well at all you get 35 cents per minute while the company get 3 dollars
