Pros

Only Pro is that you have the option to work from home, anything else is a con

Cons

Low wages, no schedule flexibility, requests and issues are not responded in a timely manner, no HR, no benefits, no opportunities to grow, technical issues reports are never responded in a timely manner, employees QA is done in a very subjective way, communications from sups and admins are very rude. STAY AWAY from working for this company.

Work from home and somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

Lowest pay rate paid to interpreters Management is useless and arrogant No pay raise ever no matter how good you are. They charge $3.95 a minute but pay the interpreter $0.40 only.
