Pros

It is work from home, and you can go elsewhere in Canada as long as you are up to internet speed standards. People seem pretty chill as well. Everyone I've had an interaction within the company over the phone has been pretty chill and helpful.

Cons

You can't go outside of Canada. They are pretty strict with your online status. Incredibly misguided pedagogy in their training. They think speaking information to your face is training. Minimum wage. The average pay they receive per minute is 1.5-3 dollars USD, which would make the average call 2.25 USD and 3.24 CAD. What we get is 17-18 CAD per hour. Say only 40 minutes of that is on-call and 20 off. That would mean we receive 0.42 CAD per minute on-call. They are leaving me with 12% of the payment for my work.
