Stable secure and easy job

Cons

No growth at all. I've been applying for different positions since I'm overqualified. I have applied for jobs that I have qualifications for. I wish they would consider their own employees. We are loyal.

Pros

Working from home is the only pro.

Cons

There is redundant and inefficient micromanaging, anti-employee policies, and absolute disrespect for the employee's personal life (they change your working hours drastically as they desire, force you to go way past your working hours if stuck on a call, the break times are ridiculously short, etc.). Payment is abysmally below what is fair, considering the amount of stress and frustration.
