flexible hours, meaningful job that help people across industries, pays ok, sick leave will automatically approve

Cons

It's almost impossible to have PTO, health insurance basically covers nothing. stressful.

Pros

Absolutely nothing, the only benefit if you want to work in Malaysia and get a working visa.

Cons

Their system is very poor and bad. If you switch between tabs it gets you offline and you can be banned for this. If you’re account gets blocked and you cannot login (out of your hands) you will not be paid for these days you’ve been blocked on.
