They higher great people and are easy to work for not a lot of stress in manufacturing.

Cons

The pay is horrible for this day and age, also they send our jobs other countries, thus why I am laid off.

First of all the people there are wonderful, pleasant place to work. Once in a year they arranged a party to all employees or a trip - it was really nice.

Cons

I didn't see there lot of career opportunities (at IT department) The benefits are not high

Some stovepipes are very evident Very little communication outside of one's own division Inter-department sabotage was not unknown A distinctive bias toward education over achievement when looking to promote internally.
