Pros

Pay and benefits are nice, people are ok, the managers aren't too demanding, stable job that you can keep forever if you want it.

Cons

No opportunity for personal growth or advancement. People have been in their current jobs for many many years and expressed desire for movement within the company is frowned upon

Pros

Flexible work hours, numerous products which cover a wide range of technologies and engineering disciplines. So there are always things to learn if you want to.

Cons

Some managers and supervisors can be rude, arrogant and nasty, but somehow they manage to stay in their positions.

Pros

One of the better "high tech" companies in the area.

Cons

There seemed to be a "need to know" attitude about other product's design or manufacturing features. As an employee this seemed a bit strange, particularly when designing in a similar area.
