Great Benefits. Relatively flexible schedule.

Cons

No upward mobility. Constant depression of wages through unfair commission changes. Out of touch leadership. Obvious money grabbing for shareholders through the lowering of commission structure for retail employees who have no recourse or input heeded by management.
