Pros

You can earn a lot of commission if you are willing to work for it.

Cons

Favoritism is huge. Sales were given to employees who weren't even scheduled to be on the floor by the assistant manager. Full time positions are next to impossible to get. But you will work the max amount of hours you can as part time without any of the full-time benefits.
