Pros

Good benefits, great site director, occasion Pay-for-performance incentives.

Cons

Hours aren't very flexible, call handling times are far too strict, no room for growth, your job is not secure at all. If this company has one bad quarter, they will pull the rug out from under you with no warning and move your job to another state where it's cheaper to employ people.

Pros

None, basically. Maybe meeting a lot of people, but that's it.

Cons

Processes were invented by someone who has no idea of service delivery. The team lead is not related to the team - basically no team spirit built up, even my own efforts were clashed by the TL. Because of the same TL - huge fluctuation on the team. No real bond, nobody cares about the other.
