Pros

Pay is on time, co-workers and team leaders are friendly.

Cons

Tech issues, be prepared to think outside the box. Did not receive a job offer for what I applied for but I took it because 'it was an offer' that I did not have elsewhere! This my be a problem with teletechjobs.com posting more jobs then job seeker is applying for and automatically routing them to recruiters.

Pros

Get paid for sitting and doing nothing during training.

Cons

Constant technical issues. When you call the tech line, there is at LEAST an hour hold time. I have heard that it can take up to FOUR. Training is basically nonexistent and mostly consists of troubleshooting why people are unable to log into systems needed for training. Good luck getting the correct pay, as the "accounting" department doesn't know how to use a calculator.
