Diverse, friendly coworkers, flexible hours, clear goals for the company, management celebrates if you reach goals

Cons

Lots of miscommunication between management and employees, things we were told in training were different once we started. if you need help with your health benefits, pay issues, etc. you will need to go on several different websites, and they will take forever to respond, if at all. Unrealistic expectations of employees, management's communication often felt passive aggressive, and they are not always responsive. Constant comparisons against peers. Overall, exhausting.
