Pros

If you don't care about job security, consistent scheduling, or engaged management, this is the place for you

Cons

Poor pay, schedule, shift changes with little to no notice, Team Leads that lack any competency. They promote "top performers" with no regard for whether or not they actually have a clue about managing. The Peter Principle is in full gear at this hellhole.

Pros

Pay check, working from home.

Cons

~Training done by person whose English you could barely understand, ~Management was never available for issues. Supervisors never met to go over stats and how to bring them up. Instead they just fire you. ~Issues with the programs brought up to managers/supervisors but no response except to fire. ~1 Supervisor for a whole team of @Home agents and in center distractions. ~No response for Record of Employments, pay information, ASK-Now does not respond to tickets filed.

Ability to work from home, but don't expect to get paid.

too many to list but here are a few - extremely hard to navigate payroll and actually receive your pay - training is disorganized chaos as the trainer doesn't control the class and everyone is interrupting the trainer with random questions unrelated to the topic throughout training making it impossible to follow the topic at hand. - When they make a mistake, they blame you at all costs. There are over 15 different logins and passwords you have to use on a daily basis, multiple times a day. - When a problem arises, the instruction you get from one person is different from what you get from the next. - There is no way of calling or contacting HR, and nowhere you can leave feedback for the company or anyone specifically. They lie to you and the class, they get mad if you ask questions and like to blame CVS or the current client for their downfalls.
