Pros

I did find friends in working with other employees. We were all we had to help one another. Everyone was hesitant about involving management because it would only cause more choas and someone would be judged.

Cons

disorganized management, unfair scoring, no raises no matter how long you've been there or even if you get promotion, new empolyees start at a higher pay, schedule changes without notice

Pros

Teletech has an in-depth training program. The team leaders are extremely proactive when assisting the employees. As a work from home agent there is zero commute, casual dress code, and the opportunity to work as much as you'd like.

Cons

he pay rate is low, I worked two seasons on a campaign at $9.50 an hour. This year I accepted the same position directly through the company I was contracted for and the the pay is $18 an hour.

Pros

You can work from home, I did at home and on site. Training on site is VERY good. 6 weeks long. Working from home was nice.

Cons

The at home training is awful, I worked for two projects for at home and it was terrible. The Workbooth program you use to access your "office" was buggy and constantly having issues. At home it was hard getting answers to questions. For both at home and on site, the selection process is severely lacking, they hire anyone who can pass the tests, some of which clearly shouldn't have been there. On site my biggest complaint were there were a large amount of cliques within management, and if you were not in the "inner circle" there wasn't any room to grow.

We're glad you liked working from home! With regards to the system and screening process, I'll be sure to forward this to management so we could do something about it. Thanks for the review!
