      TeleTech is a Silly company with an egotistical owner

      Pros

      There are a few good people at TeleTech. Unfortunately most of the good ones either leave or have never worked anywhere else so they have no comparative view of what things could be like.

      Cons

      Ken T. is a silly, albeit filthy rich leader. He is fixated on driving stock price since he owns over 65% of the company. His derogatory approach to most people is insulting. He does not value his employees and thinks of them only as what he can get from them.

      Pay on time Work from home

      Cons

      Always had issues with their systems (not on my end) Trainers were unprofessional They were very unorganized. Training was all over the place. Left us hanging the first day of production

      Pros

      There is a good focus on core values that make a company great. The company seems to care about the well being of its employees. The company is large enough there are a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      The technology practice is in serious transition. There is a reluctance to step out on a ledge to get the resources needed to move the practice forward. Public company pressures keep the focus on short term only.
