      Pros

      TTEC is flexible with outside responsibilities, consistent on hours, with no mandatory overtime in my two years here. There are options to sign up for overtime on faster paced months. Decent benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and additional services you can purchase.

      Cons

      Communication is sometimes lacking between upper management and employees.

      Helping customers with daily issues.

      Cons

      I feel like I was discriminated against due to the fact that I have bipolar disorder a lot of hurtful comments were made by my trainer at the time while in training. Their was also alot of favoritism shown with certain employees.

      Pros

      It's not just a job, but a paycheck.

      Cons

      There's no reason why this company should have more than 3 stars. CEO is media savvy and has employees pump up rating on social media. Read TTEC core values, that's pretty much the spring board of the media propaganda. Truly a brutal environment. Absolutely no employee continuity. Merit raises are virtually non-existent. Bonuses are a joke. The harder you work the more the company expects. No real training, learn by doing or from you mistakes.
