It was an easy job but that is it..

Cons

Everything- From the hiring process (which is a joke) to the management while you are actually taking the calls. They do not care about you because all you are is a number to them.

Pros

None that ever saw, unless you like being belittled by "management" (who also are paid the same sad amount you are)

Cons

Terrible training, terrible leads/management - ridiculous policies, especially when so many people are working when seriously sick and infecting others..... I would RUN, not walk away from applying here DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME

Pros

Hourly wage for the type of work in a call center is above average. Casual environment, wear what you want. Environment is friendly and helpful.

Cons

Customers are verbally abusive Bonus Matrix is very difficult to achieve Compliance is very difficult to adhere to. Management seeks to protect liability not employees Management does not care about customers you are servicing only about its client. Must only assist customers to the point of of getting them off the phone quickly not truly educate and resolve their concerns.
