Pros
car parking small canteen trainer totally disorganised but a nice guy
Cons
nepotism and favouritism were rife mind boggling how some managers keep their jobs others were wonderful but keen to get out too some very irritating colleagues and no management to sort them out canteen menu did not change at all in a year and cooking mediocre most managers clueless and some vindictive no career progression but i did see people set into roles for a few weeks, then a job was advertised, and then hey presto that person gets the job because they have experience IT sucked big time monotonous its the usual story with every call centre - you join and they get the best out of you while you seriously believe you are maybe going to get somewhere. Then it dawns on you after 3 months that there are people here years and have got nowhere and are now more or less deskilled and unemployable anywhere. The good will goes the longer you are there and then when you are offered a job somewhere else you suddenly wonder how on earth you ever stuck a whole year of your life doing this. The day you leave is the day they forget about you. You can't even get a reference that says more than ' I can confirm x was employed here for 9 months.' no matter how hard you have worked for them. Culture - depressing Values - didn't see any in operation to be honest
