Pros

The company offers 401 K and you can work anywhere there is internet and can hard wire into it.

Cons

The pay sucks. They do not pay well at all and after they take out taxes you do not make much at all. I think the pay starts out at 8.50 Who can live off of that? They want to train you to do many task, but not pay you for it with a decent pay. The training is unorganized.

We sure hope we could have made things a little bit better for you. The pay is commensurate to the nature of the job and we generally do offer incentives to employees. I'll gladly share this with the training team to hopefully fill in some gaps with the training program. Thank you!

Pros

freedom, they let you go on the internet and listen to music, very laid back casual dress code. Training was 4 weeks very easy basically free money. Chill environment, not a lot of micromanaging, there are slow times when you get no chats coming in which is nice. There's tvs to watch as well. There are monthly potlucks, they'll provide food sometimes, and some fun contests for money once a month as well.

Cons

I do webchat for Intuit Quickbooks. This is NOT sales! Mostly customer service a little sales are involved barely. Most of these customers suck. They love to ask a million questions and some are disrespectful. Most ignore your questions some are brash. They(Intuit) are very strict on being there and being on time during training. I saw a few ppl get fired during training because of attendance/lateness. ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM TO ADVANCE. They offer little to no promotions at all. low pay 10-11/hr I'm living check to check it's not cool. Commission is not great maybe $400-$500 MAX if you're really good at getting leads and sales. Commission structure is flawed and doesn't allow a lot of money to be made at all.

Pros

* If your not part of Marketing or Sales - you will be underpaid and underappreciated

Cons

* Bonuses are tied to the parent company which you have no affect on. As a result you will not be compensated for "your" work. * More and more is being directed by corporate (TeleTech) and they only know one way to do things. If it doesn't make sense for your business, too bad. * Sales and Marketing run the show here, nothing else matters.
