Pros

Work from home, a great opportunity to learn about call centers.

Cons

Unprofessional cholo looking management team, lazy staff. Dramatic and overly authoritative. Unresponsive when needed the most, unable to answer basic question. Trashy people trying. They're happy to attack you for any slight mistake but never there when you need them to help. I got fired with high metrics, and top salesman credentials simply because I asked a supervisor who as younger than me. I think... I he would help me with an issue instead of crack jokes over the chat. He then wrote me up 3 times in one day and I was fired instantly. I had the highest metrics in my wave of new hires and even won top sales 3 months in a row. If youre going to work here, make sure you have no recognition of what a professional job environment is supposed to look like.

Pros

None,as hard as you can think.

Cons

Very poor ethics from mid level management towards their employees, full of cronism and hypocrisy, they demand thier employees comply with customer satisfaction levels that don´t depend on them but on the companies their subcontracting for. They´ll say they worry and care about students, If you´re studying forget about trying to balance both here at the same time, they don´t care if your studying medicine or engineering they just want low wage slaves so it´s a dead end joke job. They subcontract in the phillipines were the employees there don´t even have a satisfactory level of English and very poor comunication skills, they are the ones they use to push the clients around however they want and slam their upsell. when the clients are feedup and want to cancel they use the american or competent teams for retention. They have their employees doing 2, 3 or up to 4 gigs sales retention cust care, tech support anything they con jam all into one so they avoid hiring more personelle so they can juggle thier call volumes which are generally through the roof. They also hire ex-con deportees who entail more to lack of professionalism and co-worker positive support, more defeatist and pernicious work environment from them and they bad surveys here are true, if your good at your job they´ll hold you down unless you´ll kissup because it´s not a place of competency, even if your good it does´t matter, the salary you start will more than likely be the salary you will end up with and they actually have these type of cronies running the show because they are the one looking for any slightest dirt on everybody to have a reason to terminate you and avoid paying fair compensation. Needless to say they have hundreds if not thousands of employee lawsuits against them for this reason also. Stay away, poor paying also.

Pros

Good benefits, travel opportunities, multinational company, many challenges ad room for development

Cons

It's a BPO so you job security depends on the clients, people are fired even if they are great at their jobs and usually the company lies to them or gives them no warning
