TeleTech is certainly a place where you can learn a lot and at the same time develop your career. Management will always consider what's best for everyone even if at times it may not look that way. Attrition has always been high in this industry but we feel that management is set to keep talent and develop employees further more than ever, with the recent launch of iAspire.
