Pros

Employee engagement is really the key. To keep their employees up to date using different portals and getting them to participate in online activities especially during this pandemic. I could say they have one of the best COVID-19 responses in the city with a minimum infection rate onsite. They have been awarded several times as best employer of the year. Agent tenure has been high as well.

Cons

So far none, I've been working with other BPOs in the past and this has the best culture in terms of Employee Wellness.

Good environment High Salary Diversed Have a non-retaliation policy when reporting abuse Allows you to build your skill professionally

Cons

No annual increase for agents. Supervisors and above have an annual increase according to performance. Could have a better health benefit for employee’s family.
