Love the Wellness factor

Pros

TeleTech Softball , Health Benefits, Flexible shifts, Does not discriminate against anyone, Decent Health Incentives

Cons

Having to rotate holidays with another site, Not enough employee parking, Company kitchen only takes dollar bills no change allowed , not very much interaction from Management they always seem to busy. Some management doesn't have any product knowledge.

Pros

Decent benefits and pay is on time. As long as you show up to work, you'll do well in this company.

Cons

It's a call center, and if you aren't comfortable with that type of environment, you won't last long. Change is regular, and it takes a versatile person to keep up
