Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

Applied as an internal candidate and received a phone call back 2 days later to set up an interview 4 hours later that day because he said he had to have the position closed that day. Interview was 1 on 1 with store manager and he went over the resume that I submitted online asking questions about the jobs and tasks listed. He also asked about a couple scenarios that may happen in the store as well as managing accounts. He said he would have liked an action plan with his store numbers to show how the numbers would have improved by my move to his location. Also, he said I seemed a little unprepared but I told him that I was out of town and had less than 1 hour to prepare because of his "scheduling".

Be direct and to the point in your interview with the company. Make sure you are knowledgeable on the company's products and give a positive attitude towards them and the company's direction.
