Interview
Mine was very informal and the hiring manager mainly wanted to talk about prior experiences and how I could improve the store currently. Then had interview with district manager and was a bit more formal but they were pretty accomodating. If you get one like this you are lucky because apparently the formal process is a lot different

Interview
I was interviewed during the holiday season during a job fair, so it probably but down on my interview time. The brought a lot of experience to the table, so I was very confident. I interviewed in a panel in front of the district manager, two store managers, and another area sales manager. Very professional in nature, but unstructured. The simply fired random sales questions at me. Since I was experienced and had a good track record, they were impressed. A subsequent interview with the HR Manager in another room the same day sealed the deal. They did test my bilingual skills as well.

Interview
I saw a post on careerbuilder.com for a sales position and it sent me to the company website to apply. After I finished filling out all of the basic info and posting my resume, it sent me to an online test. It was an assessment. About a week later I got a call for an interview. It lasted for about 45 minutes and the managers had a guideline it seems they were going by. It was typical questions such as what qualities are expected in a leader.
