Nice job but politics salary hike is less expected or less hikes... Hr pathetic in maintaining employees requirements.. But facility or infrastructure is owsome....!

As a fresher i was expecting good Team and very Good Culture and Team member who are quite cool and helpful, I'm so happy that I have experienced Just loved the way they welcomed me New Joiners will have a lovely Time.

Cons

Apart From Salary Don't even expect anything from Them. Work Harder and Just get valuable feedback and appreciation for the manager.

1. FSL is a good place to work because Easily we can build our professional carrier will get support from team & management. 2. Process stability is excellent. 3. If we have any Queries the management will approach immediately or resolve those Queries. 4. Salary also they are giving high from the market 5. In COVID situation the Organization is provided lot of benefits to the people who are effected with the COVID. 6. I learnt lot of things in these Organization Ex- End to End Excel, PPT Presentation. 7. The way of treating employees is excellent. 8. I suggest to the people to work in FSL because this is a very good platform to build you career.

Ap per my knowledge there is no downsides of this Organization.
