Good company with good process with incentives Work colleagues and management is good Rewards and recognition given for employees and perks too Pick and drop facility at night schedule Good company overall to work Awesome work environment especially in non voice process Good incentives when worked on targets and performance based pay is good N health insurance provided by company is sufficient

Cons

Incentives have way many parameters to cover Pay grade is bit low Promotion is bit slow Some process have work politics can hamper progress Rotating shifts and process shifts anytime Need to take care of health overall due to work shifts and work targets Following scheduled breaks and 1 hour break in 9 hour shift overall seems laggy
