Pros

Dresscode was semiformals and casuals. timings were slightly strict but as long as you clocked in 8 hours its was fine.

Cons

No Growth opportunities in this place plus incentive structure kept changing.

We aim to strike a balance between structure and flexibility with slightly strict timings, but we believe in giving our employees the autonomy to manage their time, as long as they complete their 8-hour workday. We are continually evolving to provide a dynamic work environment. While we acknowledge that there have been changes in the incentive structure, these adjustments are aimed at aligning with the market and ensuring fairness. • Uncapped bonus • Depending on your manager, they can be quite flexible with booking holiday dates, moving shifts around etc • Free sky package

Cons

• Micromanagement: everything is tracked and timed. Downtime on system, call lengths, break times, lunch times, hold times on call etc. • Alternating shift patterns meaning sometimes you're finishing late in the evening and working weekends.
