Pros

Bonus is good . management is okay cannot blame a different process manager to understand current process. Good that it is people centric .

Cons

Reaching up to management is tedious process tough to understand y things happen wen u aren't told about it .

Pros

Paid PTO, Insurance That is all i can say really.

Cons

Lack of communication. Unprofessional Management. Micromanaged. No one knows their left elbow from their right elbow. Company is run from India and is like a sweat shop. Inaccurate keeping of attendance. Always finding ways not to pay out bonus. Very high staff turn over.

Pros

Good coworkers and some flexibility in time off.

Cons

Firstsource used to be an okay place to work. Not great, but not terrible either. Losing our director in the Louisville office has had a terrible impact on the office culture. The office is a ghost town and they are either unwilling or unable to hire replacements. Morale is low yet they keep cracking the whip and threatening to fire everyone for minor issues. It makes a person wonder if they just plan to shut the office down. You will constantly be asked to stay to work extra hours because there isn't enough coverage on the phones, but don't expect a thank you or pat on the back. All you will get is a kick in the butt and a demand to work harder next time.
