Pros

When I worked at FirstSource, it was an okay place to work part-time. The staff who you work with are generally very nice and you are likely to make a lot of friends.

Cons

As there is such a high turnover of staff and the work is so fast-paced, the place is quite disorganized and stressful. There is hardly any work life balance and the management aren't really interested in you personally.

Pros

One of the good bpo industry where you will get to learn a to z of bpo industry. They have multiple processes of domestic as well as international. Work cultures and ethics are good. Get your salary on time and on the 1st day of the month. Good pay package for starter and for experienced guy.

Cons

Management could have been better. Employee relationship not upto the mark.

Pros

Great people to work with. Hours weren't that bad. The point system was pretty fair. Able to transfer to other projects.

Cons

Salary sucks. No real room for growth. Never really sure if/when a contract will be pulled.
