Pros

I dint find any 1 reason to work there whole heartedly

If u people want only andra people to work there then firstly I recommend u to change ur company name.and remember that many of your andra people earning their life's in our Karnataka.but we don't entertain all such type of discrimination among people .they told me that no Kannada oly andhra people should work thr .and I don't wish to continue ma career in such a worst coMpany.i have presently resigned the job good bye

Pros

Good place to start career in a call center. A vendor for few a diferent companies in different industries. Provided employees excellent training and opportunities. Always valued their employees who performed and offered to transfer us to another dept. when a contract expires. I enjoyed working there and my co-workers. Learned alot and improved my skills in my 10 months working there. Overtime was available and voluntary. Company benefits.

Cons

Low pay. After 4 weeks of training and then a 90 day probationary period and you have been in compliance with an excellent efficiency rating you should be awarded a raise.

Pros

Free dominoes on the odd occasions, training was fairly easy, the pay is good depending on how well you do with bonus

Cons

Very poor management, after you have completed training/academy you are left on your own with no help offered or any guidelines... Team leaders don't want to do anything, when you ask for help it seems like the end of the world for them... constantly stepping on egg shells because you don't want to annoy them even though you've just come off academy/training. So sometimes you have to struggle unless you want to cause a scene. The job itself is soul destroying. Having customers scream at you everyday can be very de motivating, the stress of the targets can be too much alone, having negative team briefs because certain people/team aren't hitting their targets along with not being quick enough to get off a call/productivity can really put a downer on your work life. The HR structure on illnesses, if your prone to getting ill, if you have a illness you get a recorded discussion and bonus taken away from you, your third illness within your probationary period they will decide to keep you on board or let you go, along with that with the flea that I once found on my desk I'm not surprised the staff get ill.
