Great social aspect, with lots of R&R activities. Lots of developmental opportunities.

Cons

The shifts can be quite long and sometimes stressfull. But that's the modern day workplace.

Great people. Opportunities for promotion, put the work in and you can go far.

Cons

Days can be long, but with 3 days off its not really a complaint. And you're told this from the interview.
