Friendly people, willing to help, flexible working hours for corporate staff, managers usually focus on results and not on efforts and time you have reached office

Cons

Red tape can bog you down, decision making is generally, not for the quick moving risk taker, very good place if you are keen to try innovation since there is a lot of bandwidth available for it
