Pros

Only pro is you can working from home and work Monday-Friday No other pro’s.

Cons

Too many to list, avoid working here unless you want your mental health to be damaged which the company will not care or even bother pretend they care about, you are treated like a child where they lie to you and hide anything they can from you, they mess up on your payments more times than they can get it right and still have the same payroll team regardless of this, you can have a customer screaming at you and telling you they want to mill themselves and you have no support other than they will give you 5 minutes off the phone then expect you to go straight back onto the phones again and act like you’re okay, they take micro management to another level regardless if you have been in the company over 5 years or not, generally the most soul sucking, vile, evil, ruthless company I have ever worked for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you valued the ability to work from home and the Monday–Friday schedule. We understand that challenges can arise, and we take colleague wellbeing seriously. Each site has trained Mental Health First Aiders, available in person or via Teams for those working from home, and we also offer free counselling through our health benefits provider. We’re continuously reviewing our processes, including payroll and administrative systems, to make improvements and ensure all of our colleagues feel supported.

Great colleagues and general staff

Cons

Where to start, -managers don’t care if you’re being screamed at and will sit back and watch you be verbally abused and still have the audacity to tell you you’re in the wrong. - the toilets are never sanitary and hardly ever have toilet paper - upper management will write you up for taking to short of time on calls for ‘call avoiding’ when in reality you’re taking more calls then other people - the turn over rate are awful more and more people are leaving because of the lack of support

Nothing avoid this place won’t help you unless your a tenured agent with e-on next and bully you out the work place

Cons

Nothing in place for Mental health or support Managers talk behind your back , if you suck up to managers you will get what you want
