I thought I could save the at the Payroll about this joke company but disappointment is endless. I started a new job (in a true professional good working environment) and I noticed my first payslips were overtaxed. After investigation with HMRC, they told me my last payslip from Firstsource was a tax refund. The refunded me tax, no reason why therefore I went undertaxed. WHat's the reason for it? Also, it took me ages to get my P45. Poor and helpless! Thank God I'm outta it

Went from a horrible job to a Collection Agency. If you can do that... work in Collections and get paid commissions accordingly. You will be written up any time you make bonus. Thereby negating bonus. 3 times in a row. 3 made bonus once. ALL 3 written up! If you need a fast job this is IT. Just do not even be hard on yourself or try too hard. Marginal seems best here. Want to wake up old sick people @8am sharp? Then demand they pay thousands @ 11. 00 per hr. then a perfect fit. See how the reality of that day works for you.
